Frequently Asked Questions
The process begins with an initial meeting, either through a virtual appointment or at our
atelier, to explore ideas and understand your style and preferences. After deciding the design
direction, a quote is given. Once the quote is approved, a toile is then created for the
client to try on, allowing for design assessment and any necessary size adjustments.
Depending on the complexity of the design, we schedule 2-3 fittings to ensure a flawless fit.
The final fitting and collection are arranged on a pre-agreed delivery date.
The price of each bespoke piece depends on the complexity of the service, fabrics,
embroidery and the studio time involved. Custom colours from existing designs have lower
processing fees. However, bespoke designs and bridal dresses cost significantly more. Our
bespoke bridal dresses start at $5,000.
This depends on the complexity of the design. We advise bespoke clients to make their first
appointment 4-6 months prior to their event. That said, we’re always keen to accommodate,
so it’s always worth enquiring.

We require some basic information from you at your first consultation, including your event, date, location, and any initial design ideas and preferences. A mood board always helps!
