The price of a complete NS Bespoke design depends on the complexity of the service, design, fabrics, and embroidery involved. We can always send an approximate quotation
if the client has some initial ideas.

Frequently Asked Questions
We see each of our bespoke clients through from the initial appointment to the dress fitting. The process begins with an initial meeting, either through a virtual appointment or at our atelier, to explore ideas and understand your style and preferences. After deciding the design direction, a quote is given.
Once the quote is approved, a toile is then created for the client to try on, allowing for design assessment and any necessary size adjustments. Depending on the complexity of the design, we schedule 2-3 fittings to ensure a flawless fit. The final fitting and collection are arranged on a pre-agreed delivery date.

We offer virtual appointments on Zoom.
The price of each bespoke piece depends on the complexity of the service, fabrics, embroidery and the studio time involved. However, bespoke designs and bridal dresses cost significantly more. We can always send an approximate quotation if the client has some initial ideas.
Bespoke starts at $4,000.
We are able to customise the colour or size for an existing design as well as add custom embroidery.
This falls under our made-to-measure service which have lower processing fees than a fully bespoke
look, depending on the complexity of the service, fabrics, embroidery and the studio time involved .

Absolutely. We offer virtual appointments for our international clients. For our bespoke clients, our team will be available to travel to you if you are unable to make your fitting at our atelier in Jordan.
Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-made garments. If you decide to cancel your order, please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable.
