Where are you guys based? Nafsika Skourti is a luxury brand with an atelier in Amman, Jordan.
There's a style I really love but I need to make adjustments? We would be happy to create a made-to-measure garment for you. Please note customization will have a surcharge of 20-30% for bespoke alterations. Please provide your measurements in an email to webshop@nafsikaskourti.com. 
There's a style I really love but it's sold out?  As a small business who believes in reducing fashion’s environmental footprint, we offer and operate on limited stock and the concept of pre-orders. Nafsika Skourti’s line of "Classics' will always be a part of the brand's aesthetic and is sustainably available in limited stock or as made to order. Through our pre-order system you can now pre-order any styles that you love! Please note that we request a partial upfront payment of minimum 50% (with the option to pay in full) and four weeks or more for the garment to be made and delivered. 
There's a style I really love but I just need to see more photos? We try to do our best to capture the essence of the garments however if you would like more details, send us an e-mail to webshop@nafsikaskourti.com and we will provide you with more images of the style. 
Does Nafsika Skourti do bridal? Yes! We would love to be a part of your special day and see what magic we can make together. Please note however a lead time of five months will be needed so make sure you get in touch in advance.
There's a style I really love but it's from an older collection, any chance of getting it? Nafsika Skourti would be happy to remake a piece from an older collection. If that is the case please email webshop@nafsikaskourti.com with a picture of the style you are eyeing! 
I know someone who loves your stuff but I don't know what to get her as a gift. Nafsika Skourti provides gift vouchers that make for the perfect gift! Vouchers can be redeemed both online and offline at the atelier and are valid for six months. 
Unfortunately I want to cancel my order? Orders, except for pre-orders, can be cancelled up until you receive an email that the product(s) have been shipped. The email will have the subject line, “Your order is out for delivery, track shipment order #”. This means that your items have already been dispatched for shipping. If a product has been dispatched, we will have to process the order as a refund, exchange or for in-store credit. 
I didn’t get my order yet. Each Nafsika Skourti product comes with a DHL tracking number located in the email that was sent to you at the time of dispatch. Through DHL’s On Demand Delivery website, https://www.ondemand.dhl.com, customers can easily pay online any customs clearance charges before the shipment is delivered. The courier will usually send a SMS or email to determine your preferred delivery time and confirm the address. 
I got my order but the size doesn’t fit. Nafsika Skourti products come in UK sizing, if a garment does not fit and you wish to return it for a refund or an exchange, please visit our Refunds & Returns page located in the footer bar. There, you will find the procedure involved in returning products within 14 days of receipt of goods. 
I believe my product is damaged. Nafsika Skourti Co. carefully handles quality assurance with a dedicated in-house team before any orders are dispatched. In the off chance that your item is deemed faulty, we will be more than happy to repair and if necessary replace your product. Please see ‘Refunds and Returns’ in the footer bar for more information on faulty items.  
What are the steps I need to take to process a return or exchange? As a small company, we do not currently offer free returns internationally. Please read our numbered procedure by visiting our ‘Refunds & Returns’ page located in the footer bar. It is important that you email us before you ship the return as we will be providing you with a proforma invoice for custom clearance. It is also important to note that you must return the product using a trackable shipping courier and share the airway bill with us after we have acknowledged by email your return request. 
How do refunds work? In the case of a refund, the amount of the item, exclusive of shipping, will be credited to the original mode of payment within 14 days after processing a valid return. Please note the 14 day estimate varies per refund request as it is up to the issuing bank on the duration it takes to credit the funds to their customers. Alternatively, you can ask for in-store credit that will be credited within one business day of your approved return, the digital gift card is valid for six months from the date of issue.
